"As a stunt, she did the can-can, in full dress, on the Champs-Elysees."

Cancan images from girlie magazines of the 1940's and 1950's.

Hola, Everybody!

I am Antonio, and I have been a "fan of the can" for most of my life.  I was thrilled to find this site, every sort of permutation of the classic Can-Can I have found here.  Hopefully you can show a new member around and help me get to know what this group and it's members are all about.  I appreciate it, and Thank You for welcoming me in.

Can-can on film

Does anybody know who the can-can ladies are in the film "A New Kind Of Love" (scene with M Chevalier )? or of any links or photos?

Hope you like the new images. The one of Windmill Girl Renee Baxter (in The Windmill) is a bit rough but the other two are not too bad - in Girlie Mags.

Dear Sir.

First of all, as a new member, I would like to apologize for not thanking you right way for permitting me to be part of this wonderful group that you have created. I too have been a fan of cancan dancing for quite sometime now. Once again, thank you so very much.

                                                                                                                                  Sincerely, Hipolito.

I have today added 5 images of a girl called Jan, scanned from a fifties UK girlie mag. I have done my best to enhance the quality but there's only so much possible with scans.

Regards to all,
