A rarity.  I think this is a dancer from "Die Frau Meiner Traume", a wartime film featuring Marika Roekk in a Busby Berkeley-ish cancan extravaganza.  It is from an Ebay listing posted from Germany and bears an inscription on the back in German that refers to the film.
