A Fine Pair

French dancers from an EBay auction.  The description of the photo says 1950s, but it looks like it was taken in an earlier period.  I am not sure what show they danced in.

Gwen Verdon?

The costume and pose are right for Gwen Verdon for the 1953 Broadway production of "Can-Can", but I don't think it's actually her in this photo as the auction description says.  Whoever it is, this is a great photo.  Nice flexibility too.

You can buy an 8x10 original at:

A second great photo from an Ebay auction by Movie-Materials-Store.   I believe the center dancer is Gwen Verdon.  It is from the 1953 production on "Can-Can".

Ann-Margret

A rare cancanesque pose by Ann-Margret.  I don't know what film this publicity shot was promoting.

The Merry Widow 1934

A very nice new photo of the dancers from 1934's The Merry Widow has surfaced on EBay,  The top photo is a crop of that image.  The second shows the full image.

This can be found at:

Most of the other extant photos from the film are not so revealing, as can be seen from the other photos above, which have been previously posted.  The same is true of the film itself.

And similar costumes were used in "The King and the Chorus Girl":
