Not Exactly Offenbach's Best

This appears to be from a newsreel of a 1950's cancan at the Moulin Rouge.  It is a little blurry, but very nice nonetheless.  The poster has slowed it down, which actually works nicely, and added a very non-traditional soundtrack that also seems to work.
