Rosita Fornes - "La Casta Susana"

Rosita Fornes, the Cuban musical comedy actress, in a classic cancan from Cuban television in 1952. It looks to me like the first part is from the Mexican film, "Del Can Can al Mambo" and the second part is from "Mujeres de Teatro".

In any event, this is a much nicer print of the second than was previously available.

The Girl in the Taxi (UK 1937)

From a seldom seen British film, "The Girl in the Taxi".   It has a plot that is similar to "La Chaste Suzanne."  In fact the 1937 version of that film was shot along side The Girl in the Taxi by the same director.
